Description:
We are seeking a full-time post-doctoral fellow for an opening in the Biotechnology Program, within the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology at the Georgetown University School of Medicine. The position is teaching and research in the Biotechnology Program. This position is in the laboratory of Dr. Kyle DiVito and it is open immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Experience: The candidate will hold a PhD in biomedical engineering, biochemistry, or a related field with 0-1 years’ experience. The candidate will have a flexible schedule and be willing to contribute to the Biotechnology Program both through research and education. The ability to communicate effectively on a diverse set of scientific topics is essential. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will follow NIH standards for postdoctoral fellows. About Us: The Biotechnology Program trains young scientists and burgeoning entrepreneurs to become leaders in their respective fields. Our Program is now entering its 28th year and hosts both domestic and international students from a variety of backgrounds. We are seeking to expand our research footprint and provide a unique educational experience for our diverse GEORGETOWN UNIVESITY MEDICAL CENTER | Biotechnology Program student body.
