Description:
We are recruiting a Research Associate to support literature review work and the delivery of
knowledge exchange and public engagement activities on Patterns in Practice, an AHRC-funded
research project exploring the culturally situated values, beliefs and emotions within machine
learning and data mining practice across three case studies: science, education and the arts.
As a Postdoctoral Researcher on Patterns in Practice your primary responsibility will be providing
support during the final months of the project for activities such as literature reviewing, writing
copy for professional press articles, updating social media and project blog, organising events,
proofreading and administrative support. Find out more about the project at our website:

The proposed start date would be 17th June 2024 (with the possibility to start earlier) and the
end date will be 30th September 2024.
