EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are offering an exciting job opportunity in the Global Brand, Innovation and Sustainability (GBIS), Incontinence category within the team of iQ Solutions. GBIS drives company value creation with global, winning product innovation and brand building to achieve and sustain category leadership positions for our brands. iQ Solutions innovates, develops and commercializes digital solutions together with relevant business units. Example of solutions on market are TENA SmartCare Identifi and TENA SmartCare Change Indicator to professional caregivers.
We are looking for a Post Market Surveillance (PMS) Manager who would be responsible to set up and manage processes and routines for post market surveillance, support and complaint handling for a dedicated product/solution. An important part of the role is to function as 2nd line support between markets and iQ Solutions product management as well as IT.
The role is a temporary position until end of 2024.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Set up and manage the Post Market Surveillance (PMS) processes and support functions for SmartCare solutions in market
  • Manage global complaint handling
  • Work closely with Product Managers and feed input for release planning, upgrades, design changes etc.
  • Work closely with BU’s to ensure smooth flow of support
  • Work closely with HWCoE and IoT for third line support to investigate product complaints
  • Work closely together with Regulatory functions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements
  • Initiate and facilitate corrective or preventive actions as needed
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits, risk management summaries and health hazard evaluations
  • Support ACP (Article Change process), material/product/packaging activities
  • Provide logistic support to IDCs and BUs, e.g. phase in/out, return handling
  • Keep track of deliveries, forecast and production as input for forecast meetings
  • Drive meeting fora like PMS, Quality, Product Support and Daily Operations Meeting (DOM)
