Mitarbeiter Poststelle (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bringst die Post sicher von A nach B, sowohl eingehend als auch ausgehend, und koordinierst bei Bedarf Kurierdienste
• Du kümmerst dich um den Druck und den Versand von Post
• Materialanforderungen und Bestellungen von Büromaterial liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
• Du sorgst für die Bereitstellung von Daten und führst Statistiken
• Du bedienst Maschinen und Software, die für deine Aufgaben relevant sind, und behebst Störungen schnell

Eingangsvoraussetzungen:

• Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen
• Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten ist für dich kein Problem
• Du organisierst dich gut
• Du bist kontaktfreudig, kommunikationsstark und geschickt im Umgang mit Menschen
• Du legst Wert auf Teamarbeit
• Du verfügst über gute Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und Coupa
