The DIPF | Leibniz Institute for Research and Information in Education delivers empirical educational research, digital infrastructure and targeted knowledge transfer, thus contributing to coping with challenges in education.
The research group “Individualized Interventions” as part of the Department for Education and Human Development is (subject to final funding approval) looking for a:
REQUIREMENTS
- Very good academic university degree and a relevant doctorate in psychology or a related discipline
- Very good written and spoken English and at least a basic knowledge of German or the willingness to acquire this at the beginning of the position
- Good statistical and methodological skills; experience in independently analysing empirical data (e.g. with R, Python or Mplus)
- Strong interest in the subject area of the project and in eye-tracking methods
- Publication experience in international journals
We expect an independent way of working, personal commitment and the ability and willingness to familiarize oneself with more advanced fields of work at short notice. A cooperative partnership between members of the Individualized Interventions Lab and cooperation partners is important to us.
We offer an excellent research infrastructure, a variety of training opportunities (e.g. membership in the IDeA center, regular colloquia and methodological workshops) and, if desired, fully funded stays abroad at one of the partner institutions.
