FULL TIME – ONSITE
Our group at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School is a seeking motivated and talented scientist who will contribute to basic discovery and translational research in multiple myeloma. Utilizing state-of-the-art single cell genomic technologies, high throughput screens, and chemical biology, our goal is to identify and validate novel molecular and immune targets using both in vitro and in vivo models of myeloma and its microenvironment.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidates will possess:
- A Ph.D., MD, MD/PhD. or doctoral equivalent in biological sciences.
- A strong background in immunology, cancer biology, molecular biology, and cell biology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to perform both self-directed and guided research.
- The ability to effectively work as part of an interdisciplinary team of scientists.
The postdoctoral fellow will be affiliated with the Department of Medical Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform basic laboratory research on discovery and translational science to provide the framework for clinical development of novel myeloma therapeutics.
