This exciting Postdoctoral Researcher in AI (9 months FTC) opportunity puts you at the heart of a cutting-edge project developing a large language model (LLM) specifically for insurance. Working alongside a highly skilled team, you’ll ensure ethical development and deployment of this innovative solution. This project, funded by Innovate UK’s Smart Grant program, has a bold vision: ELI (Expert Legal Intelligence) will transform how motor insurance claims are handled. Imagine slashing fraud detection costs, dramatically improving accuracy, and delivering fairer insurance premiums for everyone!
As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you’ll be a key player in this mission. We’re looking for someone with a A Degree or Masters in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science, And expertise in AI Fairness, NLP techniques, and LLM architectures. Your strong understanding of AI ethics, particularly fairness and bias mitigation, is crucial. Beyond the lab, we encourage you to share your findings with both academics and the public.
