Postdoctoral Researcher – Sustainable Electromagnetic Sensing Solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for the day to day applied RFID based electromagnetic sustainable sensing research and technical project management of research projects related to NFC senor development and chipless RFID senor development for the dairy industry to meet design specification requirements and industry partner needs
• The successful candidate will have expertise in the specification, design, simulation and characterization of NFC/CRFID sensing solutions, antenna design and implementation of RF circuits for embedded wireless sensing solutions
• Enhance Tyndall’s position internationally as a world leader expert in wireless sensing systems
• Participate in Education and Public Engagement (EPE) activities, as required
• Ensure all activities are compliant with the Tyndall Quality Management system and with the required Health and Safety standards
• Carry out any additional duties as may reasonably be required within the general scope and level of the post
