Description:
To provide day-to-day medical staffing generalist support, advice and guidance to relevant colleagues and DIT. Manage and be responsible for individual workload including the effective resolution of issues including monitoring of sickness, performance and employment alongside the LET. Represent the Trust regionally at LET and educator provider forum. Implement the procedure for recruitment to vacant training posts and within the team if necessary.
Support managers effectiveness in applying a consistent approach to the handling of training compliance and monitoring of Doctors with Differing Needs (DwDN) and Less than full time (LTFT) trainees. Provide advice and support to managers on a range of matters including LET policies, NHS employers updates, terms and conditions and risks. Ensure accurate and consistent interpretation and application where there may be a range of options
