Keller is looking for an experienced Finance BI Developer (Power BI) based out of our Hanover, MD (Hybrid Role) location.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation and configuration of Financial BI Reporting and Planning Systems, collaborating with IT teams as necessary.
  • Drive the design and implementation of financial and statistical models, databases, reports, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and design new dashboards and reports, ensuring clear and impactful presentation of results.
  • Uphold best practices in reporting and analysis, data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for errors and issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Operate within an Agile environment, adapting to changing requirements effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project management team members.
  • Utilize technology to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Provide training and support for team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing finance reports.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, capable of deriving insights and making impactful recommendations.
  • Proficient in SQL/Python/DAX.
  • Experience with developing databases and tools for managing and interpreting large volumes of complex data using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of MS ETL process, database management, and data integration.
  • Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience creating Dashboards in Power BI.
  • Background in finance preferred.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical aptitude with a natural curiosity.

Preferred Experience:

  • Dynamics 365 FO and CE.
  • MS Fabric.
  • Azure DevOps.
  • Microsoft Purview.
