Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer or related fields
- 2+ years of Project experience on developing Power BI dashboards (Complex Level)
- 3+ years of experience with good understanding in ETL, data model & Power BI development & data flow concepts
- Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of web development working experience using C, C++ or Java (you will be required to take a Software Exam after joining the company)
- Solid understanding & experience on developing Power BI dashboards
- Strong understanding & experience in business & data analysis
- Good understanding & experience on ETL, data model & data flow concepts
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Able to self manage & assure timely delivery
- Responsible, organized and independent
- Power BI certification is a plus
- Conversational Korean is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the successful launch of new Power BI dashboard
- Power BI dashboard & report development
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality dashboard
- Co-ordinate with data warehouse PIC & cross functional teams to get business & data understanding
- Process requests from business team to perform data extraction from source system (SQL, excel, etc.)
- Make recommendations on models required for dashboard
- Suggest work around for the requirements that are not feasible
- Review and recommend optimization to achieve better UI experience
- Suggest work around for the requirements that are not feasible
- Validate & ensure data accuracy by checking with source system & writing SQL queries
- Review implementation of security measures to restrict data for different user roles
- Assist in UAT & perform bug fixes as needed
- Coordinate and lead launch-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring all team members are well-prepared and aligned on goals and objectives
