Our Graduate Generation Engineering scheme offers graduates the opportunity to gain “hands on” experience of operational power stations and gas storage facilities. The scheme is designed to help develop the core skills and competence needed to establish a solid practical engineering foundation, whilst gaining an understanding of the safety, technical and operational aspects of a power station or an upper tier COMAH facility to best support the individual for a future career within engineering.We encourage practical learning and you’ll work closely with our experienced site engineers learning how they think and how they tackle problems through “on the job” training of day to day challenges covering general maintenance, outages and projects. We actively promote professional development and fully support all graduates on their journey toward Chartership. What’s more, you’ll have a sponsor, your own mentor, training opportunities and graduate buddy & peer group to provide help and advice along the way

• A two-year Engineering graduate scheme beginning in September 2024
• Up to four tailored placements with the flexibility to experience these across our UK power stations, gas storage facility or within one of the central teams
• Completion of a range of engineering and industrial specific courses and first class on the job training.
• Ownership of developing your engineering competencies and gaining the key technical, business & personal skills and knowledge needed for your future career.
