Description:
EDUCATION
- Qualifications held within the continuous improvement tools and techniques/CI sphere (such as six sigma black belt or similar)
EXPERIENCE
- Proven Experience in PPI/Continuous Improvement or a similar role (Chemical Industry advantageous but could be any regulated industry).
- Experience of bottling line operations.
- Consistent record to drive cultural change within a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Leads, Maintains Facilitates and Embeds a ‘PPI’ Culture’ through training and engagement
- Responsible for delivery of the PPI roadmap
- Champions and Supports Continuous Improvement and Lean Thinking across the site
- Identifies and drives site PPI Opportunities as well as the delivery of a site PPI Funnel
- Leads and maintains all PPI Metrics providing reporting of such to the business at all levels
- Partners with the Finance function to evaluate and confirm saving potentials
- Validates productivity savings against the site P&L to ensure accurate accounting
- Partners with other LCD Business Unit PPI and beyond on cross-functional/divisional activities
- Facilitates and Participates in Kaizen and 8 Step Events to generate productivity and growth
- Provides expert knowledge on Continuous Improvement including but not limited to; Tiered Daily Management, Problem Solving, Standardised Work, Gemba Walks, Leader Standard Work and 5S.
