The Account Executive works within the Public Relations account management team and gives support to the Account Managers and Account Directors in running allocated accounts. It is expected that the Account Executive will have client contact and be a reliant resource within the team; helping ensure successful delivery of tactical projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Account handling experience within healthcare advertising, with some previous experience on digital projects
  • Familiarity with the ABPI code of Practice and ability to ensure adherence to it
  • Excellent written communication skills and an ability to adapt to appropriate style as required
  • Understanding of digital landscape and ability to quickly acquire digital knowledge
  • Ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines.
  • Attention to detail and good proof-reading skills
  • Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and deliver on the activities of team members in order to ensure client accounts are delivered timely and with exceptional quality
  • Take responsibility for the day to day running of an account, including issuing invoices, timing plans and estimates
  • Organise and assist briefing and brainstorming meetings with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Gather brand and market information, presenting when needed
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with clients as necessary
  • Work with our creative and studio process from briefing to the final output
  • Input into face-to-face client meetings
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on agreed actions
  • Assist in delivering a high standard of materials to clients (on brief, on time and accurately)
  • Understand and adhere to client processes and approval regulations
  • Provide support on new business pitches where applicable
