ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the PR & Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/x) you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our corporate & brand story in our local markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations and internal communications strategies that enhance our brand and employer image, engage our external and internal stakeholders, and support our business objectives in each country.

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Developing and implementing effective PR and corporate communication strategies for the German and Swiss markets and business units, aligned with local business goals and the group overall communication strategy.
• Establishing local formats and driving strategic internal topics to actively shape the communication of an emerging Insurtech in Europe. Create compelling content for press releases, articles, newsletters, social media, and internal communications to promote our brand and corporate initiatives in different countries.
• Positioning of German & Swiss C-level executives in business, insurance, and daily media while managing the corporate and personal LinkedIn profiles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries independently. Engage with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, employees, and industry members, to foster positive relationships and support business growth.
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of PR and communication efforts in respective countries, providing regular reports and insights to the team, C-Level or senior management.
