Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Practice Assistant who is highly organised and dependable to join our rapidly growing business, supporting 2 busy practice groups under the guidance of Executive Business Partners. We are a diverse group and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and hard-working with a positive attitude.
Working full-time in our Sydney office, this role allows you to utilise your strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent administration and organisational skills, and to play an integral part of the office growth and overall group.
We’re in search of someone who will embrace a variety of responsibilities that may come their way.

You will be supporting several fee earners, and your duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management and travel arrangements
  • Preparation of legal documents
  • Hard copy and e-filing
  • Client liaison and communication
  • Email management
  • Billing and expense management
  • Maintain client and matter records and databases
  • Support the Executive Business Partners
  • Ad hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying
