Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of all barristers’ practices
- Develop and deliver an effective sales strategy
- Develop, communicate and implement clear pricing strategy/ fee structures
- Develop the skills of direct reports and conduct performance reviews
- Provide a first-class, courteous, friendly and professional client care service
- Work with the leadership team to develop Chambers’ strategy and business plans
- Liaise with other Practice Directors in the Business Team and the Health Team
- To ensure that a method of fair distribution of work for pupils and juniors
