We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
We’re seeking a highly talented Practice Lead and Auditor to join our Quality, Learning and Review service in Children’s Social Care. This unique role combines support, training and development for our Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners alongside key assurance tasks related to the implementation of our Quality Assurance Framework.
As a Practice Lead and Auditor within the Quality, Learning and Review service you will complete thematic, full file and group audit activities. Provide training, workshops and reflective spaces for practitioners and support with the service vision of a learning culture.
You will not only provide support and training to our practitioners but also the wider service developing, delivering and modelling good practice. You will play a key role in collaboration across children’s social care, including the Social Work Academy, Workforce Development and Quality Assurance.
We’re on the hunt for individuals with excellent communication skills, unwavering dedication, a chid focused mindset and a passion for learning and development. If you’re a qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in statutory Children’s Social Care, along with current SWE registration and a satisfactory DBS, we want to hear from you! A full Driving License is essential for this role.
