Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Excellent opportunity to work with our Rhombus Brand as a Practice Manager. You will be responsible for a group of financial planning practices in NSW. This role is responsible for assisting each designated practice in implementing initiatives that ensure the practice can grow sustainably whilst working within the risk tolerance of the AFSL. The monitoring and supervision of the advisers and support staff within each designated practice will be vital to the success of this role. In this role you will be on the road 3 days per week and will be required in the office minimum 1 day per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the practice in refining existing processes that deliver greater efficiencies
- Coach and mentor advisers and support staff with a goal of improving efficiencies that deliver cost savings for the business
- Pro-actively engage advisers and support staff to understand their current processes to then improve efficiencies across those processes
- Ensure advisers and support staff are aware of how to use the Adviser One support material such as Professional Standards
- Assist the practice in implementing sales initiatives
- Build collaborative relationships with the Rhombus Advisory team members
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSESS:

- Self Starter – strong organisational and time management skills
- RG146 compliant
- Tertiary qualification highly regarded
