QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years clinic management experience. Master’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of office management and human resource management practices
• Knowledge of health care administration principles, CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Computer literate.
• Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in clinic management.
• Extensive knowledge of managed care billing practices required
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain working relationships with physicians, staff and the public
• Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines in timely manner
• Ability to analyze balance sheets and income statements
