ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be managing the administrative aspects of the firm, as well as coordinating the set up of their new team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, team coordination, and management within the legal industry.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in office management, preferably in a legal setting.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in team coordination or management is a plus.
Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology is desirable.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm, including administrative tasks, office management, and team coordination.
Coordinate and manage the new team, ensuring smooth functioning and effective communication.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Assist in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking.
Serve as a liaison between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
Provide support to senior management as needed.
