THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join the team, overseeing the operations of our Virtual Telehealth GP service. • Providing subject matter expertise to the operational realities of these changes in the primary care environment, as well as implementing and monitoring changes.
  • Ensuring a positive patient experience by managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, handling patient complaints or concerns, and maintaining patient records securely and confidentially.
  • Promoting and driving initiatives to improve efficiency, clinical quality and productivity.

This is a permanent full-time position with the option to work from home or any in of our offices in Australia, or mix of both!
