THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join the team, overseeing the operations of our Virtual Telehealth GP service. We have developed a reputation for outstanding patient experience courtesy of our experienced and engaged GPs who deliver the service. The purpose of this role is to maintain and solidify this reputation by successfully managing operations of our Virtual GP service as it grows.
Working closely with the Ventures Team, Senior Medical Advisor and Senior GPs, key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the Virtual GPs have the operational efficiencies and support required to excel in (and enjoy!) service delivery.
- Providing subject matter expertise to the operational realities of these changes in the primary care environment, as well as implementing and monitoring changes.
- Ensuring a positive patient experience by managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, handling patient complaints or concerns, and maintaining patient records securely and confidentially.
- Promoting and driving initiatives to improve efficiency, clinical quality and productivity.
This is a permanent full-time position with the option to work from home or any in of our offices in Australia, or mix of both!
