Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Partners you will be part of a tight team. This role is a pivotal role within the business. Not only are you responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly each day, you will also be the face of the organisation greeting clients before meetings and providing personal assistant support to the Partners. This role will be a great fit for someone who loves being proactive in their support style, with the mindset of making other people’s roles as easy as possible.
Core responsibilities will include:
Front Office – Telephone, Reception, Meeting Rooms
Team Support – Events, Administration Support to wider team
Personal Assistant – Diary Management, Travel Coordination
Confidential Documentation Preparation using PowerPoint
Office Management – Consumables, Facilities, Suppliers
