Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and effective operation of the practice. You will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative functions.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, staff, and external stakeholders to optimise patient care delivery and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Implement and maintain protocols and procedures to enhance practice efficiency, compliance, and safety.
- Oversee billing, coding, and insurance processes to facilitate timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
