Description:
We are looking for, not only a proven Practice Manager, but also a Business manager who will help take our massively growing Dental Practice led by our principal Dentist – Dr Nehal Waleed, to become the premier community dental practice in Wilmslow.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- You will have commercial awareness
- You will be good with numbers and possess financial acumen
- You will be computer literate
- You will be able to communicate well with your principal, team and most importantly with patients
- You will be capable of adjusting to changes in dental regulations, technology, and patient needs without losing sight of the practice’s goals
- You will support your fee earners and remove barriers to maximise their income in an ethical way
