The Role
We are looking for a Part Time Practice Nurse to join our Bankstown practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experience team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients

The Tasks

  • Performing health assessments
  • Administering vaccines
  • Post vaccination observations and monitoring
  • Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations
  • Assisting GP with minor procedures
  • Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
  • Wound dressings and removal of sutures
  • Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals

The Successful Candidate

  • AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
  • Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting
  • Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for people and a personable approach
