Description:
Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) is the Primary Health Organisation for the Nelson Tasman region. PHOs lead and coordinate primary health care within the local community.
We are looking for an outstanding:
PRACTICE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
72 hours per fortnight (0.9 FTE)
NBPH is seeking a suitably qualified person to work with General Practice teams to achieve the goals of our clinical programmes and to contribute to the overall quality objectives of NBPH and its aligned General Practices.
Working collaboratively, you will facilitate proactive engagement and close communication with General Practice teams around the needs of their population and tailor service delivery to meet those needs effectively and efficiently.
We require the successful applicant to be:
- Experienced in Primary Care
- Able to build and sustain strong relationships with a variety of medical professional bodies
- Have a solid understanding of primary care especially in the rural setting
- A sound knowledge of the primary care Patient Management Systems
- sound in commercial acumen to understand the General Practice business models and how they affect their system development.
- Enthusiastic, task focused and hard-working
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work independently and within various teams
- Able to think laterally have sound problem solving skills
- Open to change and willing to adopt and initiate change
