Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting Partners with and management of the day-to-day operation of their designated practice in are and the supervision of the Practice Support Coordinators (PSCs) within that practice area, in a professional manner and in accordance with the Firm’s policies and procedures. The Practice Support Supervisor will take full ownership of the delivery of their key responsibilities detailed below.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Senior PSC experience in addition to a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar or relevant supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage matter lifecycles and focus on working capital management.
- Able to work in a high performing environment
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive, mature and collaborative approach to managing work and relationships within and across teams
- Respectful of colleagues and able to work in an inclusive team environment
- Effective at working both autonomously and within a team environment
- Ability to innovate and streamline processes and tasks
