This role is based in our Customer and Digital function. Here we innovate and play to ensure we’re designing for our customers’ needs while ensuring the technical infrastructure supports a seamless user experience across all our products. We also provide all the support that our users need to get the most out of our products, and spread the word though our global marketing work. We are looking for an experienced Practitioner Community Consultant well versed in the Insights Discovery portfolio to support our community in the DACH region, hence speaking excellent German and English is a must.
