Description:

We are an early-stage startup in the food and health industry. Our product is premium kimchi paired with an end-to-end health management tech solution. We are active in
Germany, where we cover a variety of customer groups with different health and
lifestyle needs. Our senior founding team combines consulting, entrepreneurial,
science and start-up/scaleup competences.

Aufgaben

  • Together with an experienced founder team build the venture and expand our reach on the German market (further markets planned)
  • Support the venture in one or multiple focus areas:
  • Marketing, Social Media & Brand Management – help develop and implement our

marketing strategy, define market-facing communication, build followership and customer loyalty

  • Business- and Product development – help further shape our product and service

portfolio

  • Sales & Go-To-Market Development – help develop our sales channels and support clients
  • Production - help scale our production capabilities
  • IT Support, Web/App Development, Webshop management – help design, build and manage the tech muscle of our company

Qualifikation

  • You are a student (Bachelor’s– year 2 or Master’s – any year) in Munich
  • Interest in food, health and fitness topics You are a native German speaker, with strong skills in written English
  • Motivation to help build and grow a business; hands-on, team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Clear and goal-directed communication and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in German required
  • Practical experience and/or academic background in at least one of the above-listed areas is desired
  • Experience working in startups desired
