As part of the Customer Operations and Engagement team, the successful adoption of our digital products by our customers is at the top of your agenda. After our daily team meeting, where we quickly share the most important team activities of the day, you will deal with new requests for Switchgear condition monitoring systems from our global sales colleagues and factories. Together with customers, factories and sales from the regions, you will go through the requirements for a monitoring system for the project and provide technical and advisory support. After customer approval, you will liaise with your colleagues to gather all important specifications and technical details about the project so that together a budget estimate and quotation can be prepared for the customer. During your engagements with the customers, you gained valuable insights and feedback about the use of our products, which you share afterwards with the product managers and discuss, how we can improve the usability and experience with our products.
