Your mission
Hey there and welcome to your new opportunity with us!
Being a Pre-Sales DC Charger Solution Engineer is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
1. Providing customers with the necessary support from the technical perspective in the pre-sales stage, aiming to help sales to achieve the overall sales target
2. Delivering technical training (online and f2f) for key accounts, distributors, installers and other departments within Sungrow
3. Extensive and in-depth participation in marketing activities (online or on-site), promoting products at industry-related exhibitions, forums and summits
4. Responsible for whitelist applications, new certification / legislation research for related products and regions
5. Intensive communication with HQ to raise product-specific requirements and follow up until the demands are met
Your profile

What will you need to succeed?

  • Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent engineering degree with a focus on energy
  • Two years of experience within the energy sector
  • Languages: English (C1)
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office and
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time

What will make you stand out as a candidate?

  • Language skills in chinese (mandarin) or german
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy market in Germany
