Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of client engagement efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting demos, presentations, and scoping calls to understand client requirements and effectively showcase our service portfolio.
  • Cultivating trust and rapport with prospects and stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in cyber security solutions.
  • Translating technical capabilities into customized solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Executing proof of concepts and delivering comprehensive report write-ups to illustrate the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Crafting technical proposals and tender responses that outline detailed solutions tailored to address client challenges.
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives by leveraging your technical expertise to create and refresh marketing material that effectively communicates product benefits.
  • Representing Longwall at industry events, networking with potential clients, and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Driving maximum adoption and success of our managed services offerings through proactive client engagement and support.
  • Creating and maintaining demo environments and technical sales material to facilitate impactful product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Collaborating with the Longwall team by offering constructive suggestions for improvement or identifying new opportunities, and providing support to colleagues as needed.
