Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of client engagement efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting demos, presentations, and scoping calls to understand client requirements and effectively showcase our service portfolio.
- Cultivating trust and rapport with prospects and stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in cyber security solutions.
- Translating technical capabilities into customized solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Executing proof of concepts and delivering comprehensive report write-ups to illustrate the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Crafting technical proposals and tender responses that outline detailed solutions tailored to address client challenges.
- Contributing to marketing initiatives by leveraging your technical expertise to create and refresh marketing material that effectively communicates product benefits.
- Representing Longwall at industry events, networking with potential clients, and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Driving maximum adoption and success of our managed services offerings through proactive client engagement and support.
- Creating and maintaining demo environments and technical sales material to facilitate impactful product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Collaborating with the Longwall team by offering constructive suggestions for improvement or identifying new opportunities, and providing support to colleagues as needed.
