Job Summary:
This role is supporting the sales function to ensure Bill of Materials across multiple vendors are created and shared correctly. Within this role you will also be required to do Peer Reviews of other co-workers Bill of Materials and support other members of the team with technical and process questions. This may also include supporting or facilitating engagement with other members of Presales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales enablement - Assist CDW Salespeople with technical guidance on a variety of products and solutions across a range of customer sizes and types and evangelise the team’s capabilities.
• Internal collaboration – maximise and leverage CDW’s investment in Solutions Architects, Services Business Development Managers and professional services resources.
• Accreditation – Attain and maintain relevant accreditation(s) in key areas.
• Peer Review – Review of the BoMs completed by other team members to ensure accuracy and quality
• High Value Project Assignment - Assignment to high-value Projects requiring greater BoM creation experience
• Support for new team members – Support the on-boarding process when new BoM specialists are brought into the team
• Triage of Vendor System issues – Support team members when experiencing issues working with supplier portals (e.g. BoM creation errors)

Experience needed:

• Experience in either a channel pre-sales or a hands-on technical consulting/support capacity.
• Capability to comprehend requirements throughout the entirety of the sales cycle, including understanding the customer’s decision-making process and managing vendor requisites for sales finalization.
• Expertise and preferably relevant accreditations in any of the core technology domains mentioned previously.
• Any of the below qualification would be beneficial:
• Server Platforms - Dell EMC, HPE or Cisco required.
• Enterprise Storage Platforms – Dell EMC, HPE or Cisco required.
• Enterprise Networking – Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper
