The Lead Management team is looking for a Pre-sales specialist, that will be working as the central point of contact for customers and end-user of Zebra Technologies in EMEA region.
You will be working within international team that represents Zebra and provides excellent service to prospective Zebra customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a fast-paced contact centre you will be tasked with:
  • Handling pre-sales and end-user enquiries made through various channels (chat, email, phone or web-form) with focus on pre-sales consultancy and generation of sales opportunity
  • Ensuring the Sales team and Zebra’s partners receive qualified and comprehensive enquiries
  • Communicating with the Sales team and partners to ensure all cases are followed up in a timely manner, to provide excellent customer service
  • Cooperating with Technical team on more complex enquiries
  • Ensuring maximum compliance, quality of case data, maintaining a self-motivated attitude towards Key Performance Indicators and professional manner
  • Providing answers to future clients or end user’s questions about Zebra product portfolio

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Communicative level of English and other Eropean language (German or French preferred)
  • Excellent task management
  • Customer orientated skills
  • Self motivation and strong work ethic
  • Ability to deliver result as an individual as well as a part of a team
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
