Qobra allows companies to automate the calculation of commissions to drive better visibility and transparency to increase motivation and performance.
In 3 years, we have partnered with over 100 customers in 11 countries, such as Doctolib, SeLoger, Ouest-France, Spendesk, Agicap, Pretto, Skello, Partoo, Indy, Welcome to the Jungle, Pennylane, Gymlib, … and we don’t plan to stop there!
After a successful Series A round of nearly €10M in September 2023 orchestrated by Singular, Breega, and Revenue Syndicate, Qobra plans to accelerate its product and commercial development.
YOUR OBJECTIVES:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Pre-Sales Engineer to join our UK team and pioneer how we sell value to prospects and customers. As the UK SE, you will be our product and technical expert on the ground, support the sales team in all their sales pursuits and impact how we position Qobra as a business critical platform to drive GTM strategy, achieve growth and profitability to our prospects and customers. Ultimately, be the technical and strategic partner to the Head of Revenue in the UK to hit all our revenue goals in the region.
As our product and technical leader in the region, you will act as the orchestrator. You will play a fundamental role in defining how we sell value, deliver impactful product demos, and how we build trust with our prospects and customers. You will conduct effective discovery, product demos and give key stakeholders confidence in our capabilities to support their strategic initiatives.
International expansion might mean forcing you to a new target ICP (worldwide) and/or changing your outbound strategy such as a new market segment to optimize performance. You therefore must first and foremost have an entrepreneurial mindset, and be ready to face challenges you’ve never faced before.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the France and UK Sales team and internal technical teams to understand customer needs and effectively present our solutions.
- Perform personalized technical demonstrations to highlight the added value of Qobra.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, answer customer questions and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet specific customer requirements.
- Actively participate in negotiation meetings and contribute to the development of commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with the Product team to share customer feedback, influence the Roadmap and drive adoption of Qobra.
