• Schedule and confirm appointments, recorded statements, IMEs, and EUOs for clients in Boynton Beach, FL, US
• Request all necessary documents for client cases, including insurance information, police reports, medical records, and bills
• Assist the case manager and attorney with managing a caseload efficiently
• Draft legal documents and prepare demands accurately
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies
