You could be a Home Finance or Loan Manager, Mortgage Manager or Specialist or Broker, Lending Manager or Specialists or Associate, ready to take a next step in your banking career as Premier Relationship Manager. As a Premier Relationship Manager you will be responsible for being a trusted advisor to your own unique portfolio of high net-worth customers, ensuring the highest ethical standards and operational integrity.
Partner with our customers on appropriate products and services. Acting as the brand ambassador for HSBC in our branch as you liaise directly with our valued customers. Introduce, promote and assist customers with digital banking solutions to meet their needs. Fulfil customer’s needs by providing tailored solutions to achieve and grow their financial goals with a focus always on adding value and to customer circumstances. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities that will deepen your skills and expertise.
This role is an excellent opportunity for you to make a difference at our Canberra Branch, as a Premier Relationship Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a connection with our customers by understanding their needs
  • Manage customer enquires in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate HSBC values and behaviours.
  • Provide comprehensive and professional banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking as a Client Relationship Manager, Officer or Executive gained with the retail financial services sector
  • The desire to develop your financial expertise and grow your career
  • Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs by delivering first-class customer service and making a difference
  • Proven track of record in growing customer portfolios and a diverse range of high net worth customer portfolios
  • Relevant experience in personal lending products experience (including mortgage lending)
  • Higher School Certificate completion is essential and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
