Have the opportunity to work closely with SAP’s Fortune 500 customers. Deliver both onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement portfolio, advising customers on SAP’s Best Practises to achieve Customer Success. Work on analysing and optimising core business processes for your respective functional area. Deliver functional or technical root cause analysis and provide solutions. Act as believed advisor to customers and guide them through their implementation projects. Deliver services for MaxAttention, Active Embedded and Mission Critical Support (escalations & task forces, MCS Backoffice) including Design Evaluation, Gap Validation, Performance Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration/Validation, Empowering trainings/workshops and Engineering Services. Assume the role of De-Escalation Architect for mission critical or business down scenarios.
