Samsung continues to grow and is now looking for a Presales Engineer for our Airconditioning Team. You will be responsible for the presales process in the Nordics. This is a new role in the rapidly growing AirCon team, reporting to our Product Manager Joakim Andersson. Your primary workplace is in our office in Kista, but you can expect to travel to customers and partners all over the Nordics.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a central role for us as you will be responsible for the presales process in the Nordics. Your main task will be to support all customers with concrete suggestions of solutions for different HVAC projects. You will also be responsible for the Pre-Sales strategy together with management. This includes things such as what fairs we should attend, what bigger building projects we should be involved in, and how to qualify for those. Part of the role will be utilizing and building a network in the HVAC industry for yourself and Samsung.
You will have clear goals on what to achieve but will have a high degree of independence in how you get there. To be able to reach the goals you should utilize the strengths of your teammates, the team succeeds together.

You are responsible for:

  • Finding projects via Distributors, Customers, and Consultants in the Nordic Markets turning them into concrete solutions with suggested products, refrigerant, installation, etc after the solution is drawn by you or our partner, the project needs to be registered and followed up via Sales Force our management system for projects.
  • Executing presentations of project solutions.
  • Provide Hardware and Software training to commercial customers (resellers, distributors, and customers).
  • Delivering Training to Staff and support Distributors Pre-Sales Department
  • Participating and engaging in meetings and events with our European Pre-sales and business development teams.
  • Preparing solutions and technical demonstrations
  • Managing and testing new software and introducing it in projects.
  • Coordinating accounts and project customers directly.
  • Developing new project customers, seek cross division opportunities
  • Recommending products through partners for the End Customer.

Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with vast experience in the HVAC industry. To fit the role, you should be someone who is results-oriented, has a strong network build, and enjoys actively finding new business opportunities. A person who enjoys being part of a team of great colleagues and working with many different stakeholders. To be able to do this role you will need to work in an organized way.

We expect you to have:

  • Worked at least 5 years as an installer or HVAC Consultant
  • High Level skills in HVAC Products able to calculate and draw Technical HVAC solutions
  • Experience in presenting technical HVAC solutions to external stakeholders
  • Track record of finding new potential projects and customers
  • Experience in training installers within HVAC
  • Previous experience creating and conducting presentations
  • Strong communication skills in English as well as Swedish
  • Experience in MS Office products.
