POSITION SUMMARY

Leverages IT technical competency to provide pre-sales and post-sales engineering guidance / support for Bytebridge sales team, customers and business partners to design best-in-class systems / solutions to optimize the customer experience, thereby supporting increasing revenue and profitability across S.E Asia for products / services represented by Bytebridge.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Aptitude for IT, Network Infrastructure and Power Distribution systems
  • Ability to perform some degree of IT / data centre design
  • Demonstrated ability as a quick learner and team player
  • Strong customer-facing experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or similar
  • Current certification with focus networking equipment manufacturers such as Arista, Aruba,Cisco, Dell, Juniper, Lenovo, NetApp, Palo Alto, Pure Storage, or similar
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in related IT field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office plus related skills in technical writing and communication
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Previous experience building and managing technical resources locally and remotely

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT pre-sales technical support to the sales team, customers, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored system designs and documentation, addressing each customer’s unique needs.
  • Generate technical documents, including drawings, parts lists/Bill of Materials (BOM), and installation instructions.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations for tenders or RFPs.
  • Ensure product compliance with Southeast Asian and international standards for customers and the sales network.
  • Conduct both remote and onsite demonstrations of products and solutions.
  • Offer post-sales advice on maintenance and the entire product lifecycle.
  • Integrate cybersecurity best practices into system designs and customer solutions.
