PreSchool Educator (Early Childhood, Training Provided, Attractive Remuneration)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
• With 1 - 3 years of teaching experience or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Passionate and dedication towards children’s learning

• Create a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering trusting and respectful relationships with them.
• Support the holistic development of children through implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum.
• Build partnerships with parents and families, and actively engages in centre initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community.
• Undertake the teaching of a class in accordance with the school’s agreed policies and guidelines.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management maintains a tidy, well-organised room.
• Collaborate with principal and teaching staff to establish and develop effective pupil assessment procedures and moderation portfolios.
• Provide planning documents identifying specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, special needs, extension and assessment, to the Principal or other authorized officer.Guide, motivate and monitor assistant teachers in carrying out their tasks.
