Preschool Principal / Childcare Centre Leader

SuperGenius Preschool is looking for dynamic and self-driven individuals to join our teams at our Bedok campus. The Principal will provide leadership, mentor staff, and develop strategic plans and structures to foster a supportive learning climate and a professional collaborative work environment. In addition, the Principal will:

• Develop and manage teachers’ professional development pathway
• Provide guidance in implementing a holistic curriculum for children
• Integrate the organisation’s mission, vision and core values within curricula and programmes at the Centre

• Develop and maintain the high-quality image of the school with parents and communityUndertake operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure compliance to industry regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent
• At least three years of relevant leadership experience
• Knowledgeable on ECDA licensing and SPARK accreditation requirements
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven and a desire to make a difference in education
