Nursery: Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £29,845.20 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Crouch End, London
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Crouch End Fields Day Nursery. The Nursery is situated on the grounds of Hornsey Cricket Club, close to Crouch End station and Highgate tube. This role is for the Preschool room.
The 88 place nursery is Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and offers a full refurbishment, two gardens and an off road car park. They hold exhibitions, concerts and shows throughout the year, alongside having Ballet, Spanish, Street Dance and Zumba lessons weekly!!

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
• Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
