ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

Ensure successful execution of all the Preservationing activities and within the project schedule and manhour- budgets, with focus on safety, quality and client’s satisfaction. And manage personnel within area of responsibility in accordance with organization charts.
Accountable for preparing of necessary utilities and temporary system for commissioning tests.

Main responsibilities

• General administration, Communication and Manpower within discipline. And Accountable for Preservation
• Be familiar with the Project Execution Plan for own area of responsibility is maintained and updated as required.
• Accountable for overall Preservation deliverables for the project including, Material and CPI reception, protect and preserve.
• Responsible and verify ROS MC scope in clients PIMS
• Verify and monitor any need of additional resources to ensure efficient implementation and execution.
• Ensure resources conduct their assigned tasks and deliverables, assist them in the performance of the tasks and monitor the results.
• Accountable for executions and follow up of the ITP inspections within area of responsibility.
• Plan, monitor and progress work according to plan, budget and contractual milestones.
• Give and receive information for interface related matters with other disciplines and client.
• Monitor and report discipline’s progress and budget in the planned activities.
• Ensure that the team members are familiar with and comply to HSE-requirements outlined in the contract and by Rosenberg.
• Contribute to develop a high technical skill within the discipline.
• Accountable for preparing for necessary utilities and temporary system for commissioning tests.Specific activities and responsibilities
• Responsible for initiating multidiscipline meetings with the relevant disciplines when new information / clarifications are needed.
• Prepare discipline input to weekly and monthly status report according to project requirements.INTERFACE AND CO-ORDINATION
• Reports to project Completion manager
• Technical interface to other discipline leads
• Provide a good working environment within his area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical education
• Technical background
• Technical experience relevant disciplines
• Experience from lead positions on multidiscipline projects
• Experience from equivalent work from project or base
• Ambitious towards goals and systematic in management of multidiscipline work
• Personal skills and experience may compensate for some lack of formal education
