The President & CEO will build trust and extend the breadth and depth of the Y’s reach within the community’s diverse population and across its service area. They will work to advance the feelings of connectedness both internally within the Y and externally in the greater community and they will lead collaborative efforts to grow and maintain productive working relationships that enhance the Y’s reputation and further its mission and cause.
