Your Role: Press Machine Operator
Do you possess a talent for precision and a fervor for artisanal craftsmanship? As a Press Machine Operator, your journey with us begins with a comprehensive 3-month training program in our specialized department. Once you have mastered the essentials, you will play an integral role in one of our production lines.
Location: New Westminster (Queensborough area) Schedule: Full-time permanent position (Monday - Friday)
Under the guidance of a Production Supervisor, you will collaborate with a team of 10-12 skilled individuals to ensure the quality and efficiency of our pressing operations.
More About the Role: As a Press Machine Operator, your responsibilities encompass:
- Precisely executing apparel construction in accordance with model specifications and instructions from Team Leaders/Supervisors.
- Diligent quality control, troubleshooting, and rectification of any quality issues, in coordination with the Quality Control Inspector and your Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, leading initiatives for enhancement, and working collaboratively with your team to surpass previous achievements.
- Ongoing cross-training and skill development to support all production lines as needed.
Your Future with Us: As you blend your thirst for knowledge with our Learning & Development Program, you will progress through our 9 skill levels, ultimately becoming a master of pressing operations.
