- Engineer/Bachelor/Master - Technician - Materials Engineering Glass & Ceramics, Process Engineering
- Intensive Experiancec in Sanitaryware industry in PC-technology with a technical and/or Ceramic background
- Travel activity of 30 - 50 % to European locations
- Location in the Höhr-Grenzhausen office
Responsibilities:
- Introduction and support of pressure casting technology in CER plants
- Defining processes and parameters to develop and constantly improve production blueprint
- Preparing know-how for eductional purposes and work instructions guidance on group level
- Alignment of the use of resources according to demand
- Ensuring and monitoring process stabilty and know-how in CER-plants
- Permanent optimization of processes and workflows (GPS)
- Close cooperation with CER Technology colleagues and local CER TECH departments, also in context of the development of new processes
- Support Tecnical Product Development (TPD), BTC/ETC tooling centers plus external mould suppliers, in the creation of design standards for pressure casting moulds
- Optimization of the mould live in pressure casting moduls
