  • Engineer/Bachelor/Master - Technician - Materials Engineering Glass & Ceramics, Process Engineering
  • Intensive Experiancec in Sanitaryware industry in PC-technology with a technical and/or Ceramic background
  • Travel activity of 30 - 50 % to European locations
  • Location in the Höhr-Grenzhausen office

Responsibilities:

  • Introduction and support of pressure casting technology in CER plants
  • Defining processes and parameters to develop and constantly improve production blueprint
  • Preparing know-how for eductional purposes and work instructions guidance on group level
  • Alignment of the use of resources according to demand
  • Ensuring and monitoring process stabilty and know-how in CER-plants
  • Permanent optimization of processes and workflows (GPS)
  • Close cooperation with CER Technology colleagues and local CER TECH departments, also in context of the development of new processes
  • Support Tecnical Product Development (TPD), BTC/ETC tooling centers plus external mould suppliers, in the creation of design standards for pressure casting moulds
  • Optimization of the mould live in pressure casting moduls
