Required

• 5 - 10 years: Five years Asset Management, Integrity, Preventive Maintenance, Operations Experience or a combination of

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• The role’s primary duties and responsibilities are aligned with the maturity phases of the preventative maintenance system development and implementation.
• Manage and grow FIIX, the enterprise-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System:
• Work alongside SECURE Operations leaders to grow and implement FIIX using a phased and prioritized approach
• Manage the Preventative Maintenance Team, within the larger Asset Integrity group
• Support in the standardization and oversight of asset inspection, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance activities
• System Vendor Management. Manage the FIIX software vendor relationship keeping informed of product enhancements, new features, and related benefits
• Cost Management - Operate the PM system and manage the broader PM program within a mandate and budget approved by management
• Support the program’s users:
• Actively support 150 FIIX users, both in the field and at in the corporate office. Support front-line leaders in the field and support teams by training Operations staff to use the Preventive Maintenance Software:
• Management of asset records
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Work with business unit leaders to forecast Capital and Operations planning and expenditures
• Provide oversight and governance to the Preventive Maintenance program
• Audit program implementation and performance
• Plan and implement continuous improvement activities to ensure the program grows with the business
• Create and manage relevant Program Documentation
• Liaise with other program owners to ensure business continuity is maintained (ex. CCM / MOC / DAM / AIMS / QCP)
• Uphold the integrity of the Database to ensure effectiveness of the system
• Quality Assurance
• Work with business leaders to ensure work order compliance is being met through dashboards, audits, and inspections
