QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
The individual in this role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in engineering, technical studies, or the sciences. Equivalencies earned through work experience will be considered
- Minimum five years Asset Management, Integrity, Preventive Maintenance, Operations Experience or a combination of
- Experience in the energy industry, either in the office or in the field
- Proven track record of building trust with field operations
- Project Management experience is considered an asset
- Ability to run, maintain, and evolve a large-scale, highly impactful business program
- Excellent computer and application skills with proven analytical competency
- A structured and methodical approach to problem-solving is critical

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- The role’s primary duties and responsibilities are aligned with the maturity phases of the preventative maintenance system development and implementation.
- Manage and grow FIIX, the enterprise-wide Computerized Maintenance Management System:
- Work alongside SECURE Operations leaders to grow and implement FIIX using a phased and prioritized approach
- Manage the Preventative Maintenance Team, within the larger Asset Integrity group
- Support in the standardization and oversight of asset inspection, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance activities
- System Vendor Management. Manage the FIIX software vendor relationship keeping informed of product enhancements, new features, and related benefits
- Cost Management - Operate the PM system and manage the broader PM program within a mandate and budget approved by management
- Support the program’s users:
- Actively support 150 FIIX users, both in the field and at in the corporate office. Support front-line leaders in the field and support teams by training Operations staff to use the Preventive Maintenance Software:
- Management of asset records
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work with business unit leaders to forecast Capital and Operations planning and expenditures
- Provide oversight and governance to the Preventive Maintenance program
- Audit program implementation and performance
- Plan and implement continuous improvement activities to ensure the program grows with the business
- Create and manage relevant Program Documentation
- Liaise with other program owners to ensure business continuity is maintained (ex. CCM / MOC / DAM / AIMS / QCP)
- Uphold the integrity of the Database to ensure effectiveness of the system
- Quality Assurance
- Work with business leaders to ensure work order compliance is being met through dashboards, audits, and inspections
