REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Managerial Discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering management.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or biotechnology preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within the Engineering and Maintenance function. We are seeking individuals to support and drive our vision to be a leading global provider of high-quality pharmaceutical products. Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Facilities, the Preventative Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing and packaging equipment, meeting customer demand, and maintaining compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a preventative maintenance team, ensuring compliance with SOPs, Health & Safety, and GMP standards.
- Schedule and performance manage the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of preventative maintenance activities.
- Ensure team readiness through training and procurement of necessary equipment parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root cause problems and improve machine performance.
- Develop preventative maintenance methods to enhance equipment reliability and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Identify and implement working procedures to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Recommend cost-effective service support contracts for approval.
- Organize and schedule preventative maintenance shutdown activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of equipment.
- Foster successful relationships with key client stakeholders.
